Don’t worry, Rajesh. Just follow these steps:
➡️ Check you wallet first if money did not get into the account
➡️ Then go the the customer service area
➡️ Click on “Deposit not received.”
➡️ Enter your Bc Game ID, the deposited amount, UTR number, and proof of the transaction.
➡️ Submit the issue.
➡️ You can track the status of your query under the Verify Issue Progress option.
It should show as pending or under review. Once verified, your deposit will be credited. 😊
